Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the changing room in your sport center. Yesterday, was my first day at your fitness center, I was undoubtedly very excited to start my exercises there. However, when I headed the changing room in order to put on my trainings suits, I really shocked on capacity of the room as well as some lockers were not matched the number of players.
I wholeheartedly was frustrated to see such bad set up as I thought that the changing room will accommodate all club's member needs, but, unfortunately it doesn't. In fact, this makes a lot of difficulties on me and even all people as there is no places at changing room to keep our belongs which forced us to keep them with us and make the center messy because of that.
Therefore, I would like to suggest some solutions to mitigate such issue. Firstly, it would be perfect to enlarge the changing room. Secondly, insert different size of cabinets to address all people needs.
Finally, I hope you will address these concerns as soon as possible.
