Dear Mr.Ahamad and Mr.Jamal,
Good morning,
I have recently received your complain letter about very loudly sound that's coming from my flat these days. As you may already know before, I have had water leakage on the kitchen and bathroom pipes. Therefore, I contacted a plumper team to fix this issue badly. However, as this issue is extremely urgent and important, they are working intensively to complete it as soon as possible.
Thus, I really would like to apologise about this temporary situation but honestly, I have no other choices, except solving this problem immediately. Since, if I ignore this issue, it will definitely affect on the water ciruclation of the whole buliding later on, or in the most worsen situation, it might cause an electrical fire.
Anyhow, I would like to promise you to hire one more plumper team in order to accelerate their performance. Moreover, I will tell them to start their working after you leaving your homes.
Finally, please accept my sincere apologise for this short-term condition.
Best regards
Bilal
