Good morning,
I've recently received your complain letter about very loudly sound that's coming from my flat these days. As you may already know before, I've had water leakage on the kitchen and bathroom pipes. Therefore, I contacted a plumper team to fix this issue badly. However, as this issue is extremely urgent and important, they are working intensively to complete it as soon as possible.
Thus, I really would like to apologise about this temporary situation, but honestly, I have no other choices,but solve this problem. Since, if I ignore this issue, it will definitely affect you later on your water circulation or it might cause a fire.
Anyhow, I would like to promise you to hire one more plumper team in order to accelerate their performance. moreover, I will tell them to start their working after you leaving your homes.
finally, please accept my sincere apologise for this short-term condition.
