You recently visited a store to repair your computer but they couldn't fix it, write a letter to the store manager and say,
- What was the problem with your computer?
- What happened in the store?
- What do you want them to do about it?
Dear Joy Sir,
I am writing this letter to make you aware that my computer problem has not been solved yet, although your team took 1 weak to repair it, unfortunately it is still in same condition. Computer screen is not displaying any picture and the battery is not getting charged.
Your technical team had work on it by replacing battery, but still the problem is persisting. Rajah the engineer, was working on-screen display and he has also repaired it, but the visibility is not clear. More importantly they are taking more time to make changes as I felt. For example, just to replace the battery they took 4 days.
Therefore, I have decided to get this repair from another shop, I request you to courier the computer back to my home address as soon as possible. Plus, please convey me if there is any pending dues, I will try to finish the payment till coming weekend.
I hope you will understand my circumstance and assist me in getting computer back to my place.
Yours sincerely,
Vishal
