The diagrams below show how fish pies are made.

The diagram illustrates the process of fish pies manufacture.

It is clear that there are several stages of the process, beginning with raw ingredients preparation and ending with the finished product. To produce fish pies, four different ingredients are mixed together.

Firstly, it takes more than 1 month to deliver potatoes to the factory. These potatoes are cleaned and peeled after that, those potatoes skin is put into a waste disposal. After peeling, they are sliced into pieces and boiled until they are cooked. Next, they are mixed with chilli and the mixture is then stored for the next step. To prepare fish, the delivered fresh salmon is added some lemonade juice and salt, after that, the mix is put in a steam oven. The whole preparation process took nearly 12 hours or less. Skin and bones are totally removed by the workers and the resulting ingredient is inspected by one person.

Prepared salmon is one of the four ingredients that are used to make fish pies, along with potato, pea and sauce. All four different components are blended together and the mix is wrapped before freezing. Finally, the finished product is stored or dispatched for sale on the market.
