You are spending your summer holidays in the countryside. Write a letter to your friend abroad. In your letter,
1) Describe the place you are in.
2) Explain why you like/dislike the house you are staying in.
3) Describe your favorite activities there.
Hi Balu,
How are you? I hope this letter finds you in pink of health. Where are you planning to spend your summer holidays? Well, my family has decided to go to my Aunt's place this time, which is in the countryside of Bangalore.
Although my aunt's house situated at the western ghats, it still has various amenities that no one can expect like swimming pool, lofty fruit trees, sports club, and party area. It seems like a resort which is covered by the tall green coffee and tea plantation.
However, the only problem in staying here is that there is a frequent power cut in this area. Due to which, It's become difficult to use electronic items like laptop and mobile. The good thing is that I've made a few new friends here who are brilliant at playing cricket and woodblock painting. They are helping me to learn it a new way.
Well, If asked, I would rate my experience in the countryside as genuinely astonishing, and I hope to take you here on your next visit to India.
I am waiting to hear from you soon!
