The given diagrams depict how a wave-energy machine is designed and various options to locate the machine.
A wave energy machine is working based on the direction of the wave direction and the water levels. Various parts of this machine consist of a turbine, chambers and the generator. The turbine is located between two chambers, and it rotates according to the force of airflow through the chambers. The air moves in an upward and downward directions. While airflow from the water moves outside of the machine, air from the atmosphere moving towards the water. The electricity generator, which placed on the right side of the turbine and connected to the center part.
In the second image, which explains different location options for the machine based on the cost and efficiency. To get maximum output, machines should be installed according to the larger wave, but it takes higher installation costs. Similarly, smaller waves produce low output with the low installation cost.
