dear Mr Anderson,
Hello, my name is Anna George, living in flat number 102, exactly opposite to your flat 101. Firstly, I would like to welcome you as my new neighbour. I am confident that we will share a happy and confident neighbourhood.
I am inscribing to draw your attention towards your car parking ethics. I think you might not have gone through the guidebook, given to every new member of society. Well, I would like to inform that you park the car very near to the entry gate of my apartment it might be convenient to you but because of this, I have been parking my car on the road since last 3 days. Let me also tell you that someone broke the side view mirror of my car yesterday.
It would be really convenient if you could please park your car at the right corner of the compound that is the right place for the car parking provided by management. I hope you understand my problem and will follow the society guidelines.
I look forward to having your cooperation.
Best regards,
Anna George.
