Given are two bar charts that compare the four alternatives for undergraduate students and postgraduate students who did not have full-time employment after their graduation in 2008.
To begin, the majority of undergraduate students (nearly 30000) decided to continue their education at the university. By contrast, the number of undergraduate students who did volunteer works was much lower than those who decided to study. Meanwhile, the number of undergraduate students who remained unemployment after graduation and those decided to do part-time time were similar, at 17735 and 16235 respectively.
On the other hand, the postgraduate students appeared to have a different trend in their life after graduation. The number of postgraduate students decided to take further study and did part-time work was about 2600 each, which was more than the unemployed student by 1000. By contrast, there were only 345 students who did volunteer work after graduation.
It is evident that postgraduate students were more likely to get full-time employment, and voluntary work was the least popular options for university students after their graduation.
