You recently organized an all-day meeting for your company, which took place in a local hotel. In their feedback, participants at the meeting said that they liked the hotel, but they were unhappy about the food that was served for lunch.
- Say what the participants liked about the hotel
- Explain why they were unhappy about the hotel
- Suggest what the manager should do to improve the food in future
Dear Sir or Madam,
Our company held a full day meeting at your hotel last Friday and I would like to share some feedbacks with you on the service you provided.
First of all, I have to say that it is a gorgeous hotel with large meeting spaces. Professional facilities were all prepared in advance to ensure the meeting was going smoothly. Not to mention your considerable service, staffs were always around to serve the customer and meet their needs. Overall, it was a great experience for the participant.
However, there is one thing that I would like to bring to your attention, which is the lunch buffet. Since we are a large group, people who were at the end of the line waiting for food found themselves have not much food to eat and whatever left were already cold when it is their turn.
As a result, I would like to suggest that extra food were prepare, especially accommodating a big group like us.
I hope that my suggestion could be taken into consideration and look forward to speaking to you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Amanda Roberts
