You went on a trip and found that the guide was really helpful. Write a letter to the tour company manager.
In your letter, you should:
• describe the tour
• tell what you liked about the tour guide
• recommend manager ways/methods to appreciate the tour guide
Dear John,
I am back at my place and have already joined work too. I am writing you with lot of cherishable memories that were made during those four days holiday.
Living in a concrete jungle, working for twelve hours a day had drained all the energy in me and this break at the island has totally rejuvenated me. The white sandy beach, palm trees across the shore, underwater life and calmness of the mighty waves has added life back to my soul.
Not to forget the guide, Michael, though a young boy, he was supremely knowledgeable and had great sense of humour. It was never a dull day when he was around, all the four days spent would go down in my ‘best days’. He knew everything about the island, its history, the best food joints, local shopping, name it he knew it. He was our one stop person for almost everything. I am still in touch with him and have recommended him to my friends who want to spend their holiday in the island.
Nevertheless, as a happy customer, ask you to motivate Michael by sharing my thoughts with him and rest of the team. Finally thank you for organizing the trip so well.
With Regards
Yours faithfully
Roopa
