You have missed some important papers accidently in a taxi.
Write a letter to the manager of the Taxi company. In your letter:
Give the details of your journey
Explain why those papers are important for you
Suggest what can the manager do
Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Sorena and I am writing since I have left some crucial papers in one of your organization’s taxis last night, 23/04/2019, at 8 pm.
I got the taxi to go from my home on Sherwood street at 7:30 pm to the Marious hotel in the city center for a business meeting. Unfortunately, when I reached the reception of the hotel, I noticed that I have forgotten my papers in the taxi. These papers contain some confidential data about my company and are inside a blue leather cover. The name of the driver is Kasper.
Could you please contact him immediately and ask to deliver them to my address at 23, Sherwood street. If the delivery to my home is not possible, please collect them from him and keep them in a safe place in your office and contact me thereafter to come and collect them.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as you had contact with him.
Yours faithfully,
Sorena Ashkani.
