Dear Sir,
I am writing a letter to convey my disappointment concerning the new door to door garbage collection system in the area.
I must say that the system was running smoothly at the start; however, it’s been getting worse day by day due to some reason. The prime reason is that there is no supervisor staff in the garbage department to look after the attendance of employees; therefore, the team assigned for a door to door garbage collection in my area is often coming late and or absence from time to time. Due to the above-mentioned problem, the waste material keeps getting stacked usually which invites insects outside my and neighbor's houses and creates an unhygienic environment for our kids to play outsides. Besides, we won’t be able to open the windows and sit in the balcony because of the terrible smell from the waste.
I would appreciate it if you could please take a look at, and I would suggest you to hire a supervisory staff to monitor the attendance of the team to collect the garbage from the area daily
