Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about a newly bought microwave oven.
Lately, I bought a microwave oven which was manufactured by the Samsung India company. Its model was SMJX4103, and it cost me for $579.
After the first 4-5 usage, it stopped completely. I observed that there might be some trouble while pressing its power button. Although I tried to resolve the issue by contacting the customer care centre, I am still unable to press it. When I tried to contact your service engineer, I was told that the complaint would be attended within the two working days. Unfortunately, even after 7 days, no person has come to me to address my genuine complaint.
As this product is under warranty, I am entitled to ask for it to be repaired or replaced it with a new one. However, I have decided to take a new product in replacement due to the inconvenience caused by it. Besides, please call me personally whenever you receive this letter.
Eagerly waiting for your response.
Yours faithfully,
Dheeraj Goyal
