Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?
If people have the opportunity to get a secure job, they should take it right away rather than wait for a job that would be more satisfying.
Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
It is argued that if people have a chance to get a trustworthy job, they ought to take the job rather than looking for another job that could be more filling. In my opinion, I believe that if there is a better job opportunity, people may wait to get it, in particular in terms of salary and career building.
On the one hand, the salary is, maybe, one of the most important values in a satisfying job. Salary is a monthly revenue according to work hours in a month's days. Thanks to high revenue, one can be more adaptive to the job, including happiness, without feeling upset. For example, working in a place which you are not feeling good about the job because of low payments, especially if compared with other companies' same department you are working, it is a well-known fact that this situation creates dissatisfaction. Any kind of quick decision-making process in life does not mean that it was a good choice. As a result, a person who is looking for a job needs to be patient until he meets his requirements.
In addition to the salary, career-building is another noteworthy reason. Career is the process of working in order to be better than now in the future. Owing to having this, one wants to develop himself. For instance, an assistant with good qualified, no matter if he is working at a secure job or not, can wait until he found a suitable workplace for his profession. He should aware of which job is the most efficient for his career. As a consequence, waiting for the right time makes an easier professional life.
In a nutshell, when all the specific reasons and relevant examples are considered and evaluated that the expectation to choose a job rather than taking a job immediately is much more comforting.
