A friend of yours is going to visit your region and has asked you to help arrange accommodation. Write a letter to him/her.
In your letter, you should:
_ give details of the accommodation
_ tell what he should bring with him
_ suggest sightseeing places he could visit.
Dear Andrew,
I have received your letter which you wrote to me few days ago and am very excited about your 3-day trip to my hometown, Ho Chi Minh city. Since you also request for an accommodation arrangement, I’m writing to inform you some details of it, what you should bring along when you get there and a number of worth-visiting destinations in my city.
Your place of stay is going to be a four-star hotel situated just right at the city center where you can easily access to most of the tourist attractions of the city as well as the convenient stores. Also, I have booked you a single room which is fully furnished so you can prepare your own meals at night when restaurants and food stalls aren’t opened. After picking you up from the airport, I’ll ride you to the hotel.
The price of the room can be paid on the date of arrival and by credit card. Therefore, it is advisable for you to bring along yours. Other than that and your clothes, I think it should be fine, as again, the room is fully furnished so everything including toiletries are available.
Besides, there are a few recommendations of destinations I would like to share with you during your trip. First and foremost, the Independent Palace is a place you can never say no to visit. It is an exciting place with many aesthetically ancient historical features which go along with many intriguing backgrounds and stories. Besides, the Notre-dame Cathedral of Saigon is another interesting place for people who love taking photos like you. I’m sure you will end up having picturesque photos after going there.
I really anticipate your arrival. If possible, I will see if I’m free on these days so that I can bring you to more places.
See you soon
Yours sincerely,
Diana
