Dear Sir\Madam,
My name is Harpreet, and I am writing this letter to request your support in finding accommodation for me. I am extremely delighted to join a short-term English learning course at a college in Greenmount, Northern Irelan.
The course will be commencing from the following month, 8th March till the end of April. Thus i would require a place to stay for this term. As for the requirement, while i would prefer a separate room with an attached washroom, i can share a kitchen and common area with other students. I am a good cook, so no problem on the food front. Furthermore, the room must be fully furnished, especially the almirah and the study table should be present. The reason for this is that i do not intend to waste any money on purchasing furniture for such a short period. I hope i am not asking a lot, and you will be able to accommodate me to such a place.
Please write me back if any further details required from my end. I will be glad to arrange so.
Yours faithfully.
