A friend has agreed to look after your six-year-old son, house and pet while you are working abroad for two weeks.
Write a letter to your friend. In your letter
• give instructions about your son with his everyday school routine
• give instructions about how to care for your pet
• give instructions about other household duties
Write at least 150 words.
You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Begin your letter as follows:
Dear .....................,
Dear John,
Thank you, for accepting my request for taking care of my child, a dog, and my lovely house while I am away to Brazil for an official conference. I'm writing this to tell you about an important to-do list to work on.
My son doesn't need any special assistance in preparing for the breakfast, but you can help him in Maths on his assignments. In addition, you can help him prepare lunch and supper. You can drop him for school while going to your office at 8:00 a.m.
Jannet, my dog, she used to walk up early and like to stroll in the park every morning. You can put in the grain biscuits which are in the kitchen in a central drawer to her bowl near stairs that go to the basement. She loves to take a bath every alternate day if you can manage to keep her schedule up and running, it will be great.
Do you still love gardening? I have got some amazing flower pots in the backyard and they need watering every Thursday, but don't put them in direct sunlight as they will die.
See you soon and let me know if you need anything from Brazil.
Take Care
