The number of vehicles used to carry passenger started at 11800000, being five times as many as the figure for comercial vehicles, at 2300000. Over the four-year period, the former has a similar trend to the later, growing gradually to 13000000 and 2700000 respectively.
Roughly 550000 motorcycles registered in Australia in 2010, followed by a rapid climb to 709000 in 2014, having the highest proportion of alteration from 2010 to 2014, at 30.8%. In contrast to heavy truck number with 8.3% of change, which started at 384000 vehicles in 2010 and increased steadily to 416000 in 2014. The second highest rate of modification in the number of those rose from 106000 to 131000 during the period given.
