Dear Sir,
My name is Jot and I have rented a car from your company. I am basically writing this in order to express my disappointment with the service I received from your company.
I came to Toronto last week for my business trip and as I have to daily go to my branch office, therefore, I thought of renting a car from your company. Your company was recommended by my colleague.
The car was working well till Sunday unfortunately, its air conditioner went out of work. I was feeling really uncomfortable because of this problem, hence, I called your company to fix the problem. As I remember, the phone was picked by Miss. Grey at reception and she told me that the mechanic will visit my house on Monday evening. But no paid visit to my home from the last three days neither I got any communication from your office.
I would like to ask you to send someone immediately to fix the issue, furthermore, please also let me know why action to my request is so delayed.
I look forward to your reply from your end.
Yours Faithfully,
Jot
