The given graph illustrate the percentages of the employment in 6 nations in 2 years, 1995 and 2005.
Overall, the percentages of the male-employee hiring and the percentages of the female-employee hiring increased from 1995 to 2005.
In Australia, Iceland, and New Zealand, the figures for male hiring were approximately twice the figures for female hiring in every single year, in 1995 and 2005. In Australia, the percentage for employment in males slightly rose from about 57% to nearly 70%. Moreover, the figure for the male-employee employment increased approximately 10% in Iceland and New Zealand. In Iceland, the figure grew from about 70% to around 83%. In addition, the figure went up from 60% to nearly 70%.
In Switzerland, UK, and USA , furthermore, the accounts for male hiring were generally tiny higher than the account for female hiring in the same years, in 1995 and 2005. The proportion of the male-employee employment rose approximately 12% in both two countries, Switzerland and the USA, from about 65% to just under 80% in Switzerland and from just under 60% to 71% in America. Besides, in UK, it was a significant increase in male-stuff hiring, almost 15 percent, from 55% in 1995 to 72% in 2005.
