IELTS TEST IN CANADA DECEMBER 2019
You have recently been in a sports centre and noticed some issues in the changing rooms. Write a letter of complaint to the manager of the centre and say
– What was the problem?
– Explain why it is bothering you.
– Suggest a possible solution.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to complain about the dressing room in the city sports centre. Let me elaborate to you in detail. Last week, I went to the sports centre and found some serious problems in changing room that I want to share with you. Firstly, the air conditioning and door are not working properly and there is always a foul smell in the room most of the time.
It is well known that it is a reputed and elite sports complex in the city and the government also giving funds to this centre. People, therefore, cannot expect these things from your esteemed fitness centre and it is giving bad impressions who are visiting there.
At last, I would like to request you to fix the problems as early as possible and give direction to the maintenance department to take instant action and resolve the problems at earliest.
I hope you will consider my request and take action promptly and thanks for your consideration.
Yours Faithfully
Jai Prakash
