The government’s concern for social areas reflected inside the budget: social security, health and personal social services, and education consumed 100 billion, 53 billion, and 38 billion respectively. The total of these 3 areas made up more than 50% of total budget spent. Besides, the government spent on average 22 billion for defence, debt interest, and other expenditures. The rest of the budgets were below 20 billion were spent on law and order, industry, agriculture, and employment, housing heritage and environment, and transport and made up total 64 billion.
