Overall, South America produces the largest amount of coffee while the destination for this product is Europe. In addition, it is clear from the third pie chart that shipper achieves the highest profits from coffee, compared to the figures for other receivers.
Oceania is where coffee is produced least (just 2%), compared to 44% production from South America - which is also the highest percentage of coffee produced. There is a relatively similar proportion of coffee produced in other areas, 17%, 18%, and 19% in Central America, Asia and Africa respectively. From the above origin areas, coffee is consumed most in Europe (55%), whereas the less destination is Japan (7%). North American who drinks coffee account for 11%, compared with 27% of people from other nations.
The benefits gained from coffee are divided to four receivers. While explorer and producer get the same amount of benefits, at 10%, shipper gets the highest proportion at 55%, followed by the seller with 25%.
