Dear sir/madam,
I am writing this letter to inform you that I am planning to visit surat, in the coming month for a few weeks for vacation. In this regard, I request you to provide me with some important information about my intineary.
I would like to get some information about visiting surat, as per my schedule on visiting your area at the end of the February for a fortnight, from the 14 to 28.
I would like to know which kind of accommodation can you recommended me? I am travelling alone and I don't have a car. So could you please arrange something central to the town, I don't mid range price if possible.
I would like to know is there any special event on between the days I will be there? Actually, I have heard that there is a market on the 20th of the month, but I was wondering if there's anything as going on? I am interested in most things, but would like to plan my trip as much as possible to get the most out of my stay.
I look forward to receiving your response. Yours fatefully,
Nidhi Mehta,
