Some people like to keep a record of their own experiences by uploading pictures and other information to social-networking sites. Other people prefer not to create such records. Which approach do you prefer, and why?
Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
Every day we experience some new things which can help us to have a better life in the future. In my point of view, we should not forget our experience because they have a positive impact on our life. therefore, I prefer uploading my own experience on social sites to get a positive energy from my family, and give some helpful information to people who want to travel or immigrate. this essay is going to explain these two reasons.
First, I have been living in a foreign country for five years. In addition, I have not seen my relatives in a real world since then. my family always worry about my feeling, so whenever I go somewhere I take a large number of pictures to send them. I have a big family, so if I share my photos to each of them separately, definitely it will take more time. I prefer uploading my pictures on instagram. it has two benefits for me, at first I can confirm my all relatives on my conditions. Besides, I receive a huge number of friendly comments from them which makes me happy, and helps me to less missing. For instance, last month when I was in a horrible situation, I uploaded a picture on instagram showing my bad circumstance. Fortunately, my relatives became aware. they started calling me, and gave useful advices to me which I used them to manage my feeling and my situation. I can say, that photo rescued me, and I could handle my bad circumstance.
Second, when I go anywhere, I just try to know their cultures and their special rules. Also, when I visit historical places or famous restaurants or places, I get information on that place. therefore, I always write some new information on my page while I upload the picture of that place. As a result, I am sure this information can help people to learn new things. Additionally, people who want to travel to foreign countries can use my experience and my information to avoid doing something wrong. it gives me a good feeling, and encourages me to share my information to help others. last year when I went to nepal, I tried their local food while I went to some traditional restaurants. I made a list from restaurants there with high or low quality alongside their prices. I uploaded my list on social sites which that list helped a couple who went to nepal two months after me. I am really happy that I could help people.
Although some people do not like to share their experience on social sites, I firmly believe that uploading our experience can help us to get a positive energy, and it helps other to use our experience in their life.

---------------------
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
