Dear David,
I’ve heard that you are planning your first camping trip to Yellowstone National Park this summer. I’m glad to give you some advice based on my previous camping experiences.
Camping is an unforgettable experience and a great chance to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, especially for a doctor like you who is always snowed under work. It will be a great opportunity to lay back for a few days, besides enjoying the group activities available on-site. On my last trip, I truly enjoyed the group singing around the campfire; it was a wonderful experience.
Besides the fun and excitements, there are some things you must be wary of such as the threat of wild animals and insect bite. Make sure you camp in a safe zone, close to other campers and do carry an insect repellant. Furthermore, carry sufficient water and food supplies since the nearest convenient store is 20 km away from the campground. Moreover, I must mention that you won't have access to any source of power, so make sure you've charged your electronic devices before you leave town.
I'd love to accompany you on your upcoming trip; but I'm afraid I can't. I've just been invited to my colleague’s wedding. Anyway, I wish you a safe journey. Do not hesitate to contact me for any further help.
