Essay topics:

Your company wants to allow some employees to work from home. Not everyone can have this choice because some jobs must be done at the office. The company wants to know if this is fair by surveying your opinion about working from home.
Choose the option that you prefer. Why do you prefer your choice? Explain the reasons for your choice.
Option A: A work-from-home choice is fair.

Option B: A work-from-home choice is not fair.

Although both options have advantages and I can see why some colleagues might prefer Option B, if I had to make a choice, I would choose Option A, work-from-home choice is fair, for several reasons.

First of all, what makes it a better choice is that should some employees have the opportunity to work from home, consequently company expenses such as those paid for energy and utility consumption could be decreased noticeably. Regrading present economical circumstances in which many companies are becoming closed, this would contribute to the sustainability of the company providing us with the chance to have a job for a longer time.

Secondly, working from home would be definitely fair in the light of the fact that we are required to accept our jobs' limitation. For instance, there are those doctors who have to work having to accept different risks at their works or there are drivers driving trucks who could not visit their families for several weeks.

Taking into account above-mentioned justifications, I wholeheartedly believe that Option A stating that allowing some employees to work from home is fair, seems to be a better choice.
