The pie charts illustrate about the data of expenditures of the local government in the time of 2010 and 2015.
Overall, the graphs provide the proportion of spending money on the nine sectors by local authority, where, the percentage of interest on borrowing had become double in 2015. However, the amount of expenditure on all sectors had decreased in 2015 except transportation and interest on borrowing.
Turning to the pie chart of 2010, where, its indicated that education was the highest money consumption field at 24%. Followed by, health care and pension were also the more costly field than others which stood at 20% and 19% respectively. In contrast, transport (3%), culture and leisure (2%) and other (1%) sectors were being less expense by the local authority among the other fields. Moreover, the spending on welfare and interest on borrow were 8% and 5% respectively.
In 2015, we can see that, the government expenditure had been increasing in welfare and interest on borrowing at 13% and 10% respectively. Though, again education (21%) was the highest money spended sector by local authority and health care (20%) was in second position. On the other hand, expenditure of transportation, cultural and leisure and others were reduced in 2015, where, only 1% money were spending on these categories. While, cost for pension was reaming same in both years.
