Dear Sir or Madam,
I have been living in your apartment since 2019 with my two other friends. I did not have any problems in the apartment until now. Therefore, I am writing to you to address some of the difficulties that my friends and I are facing in the apartment.
As you must be aware that our apartment consists of 4-bed rooms and a kitchen. It is quite spacious and comfortable for us to live in. However, there are some of the issues which I would like to elucidate. In the kitchen, some of the sockets are not working. Usually, we need to use a microwave oven and other kitchen appliances and we do not have sufficient sockets in working conditions. Apart from this, in the bathroom, tapes are not working as well. Therefore, It is really hard for us to cope up with our daily routines as it is time-consuming and disturbing.
Henceforth, I hope you would be able to understand our current situation and able to provide some help. I would like to request you to send any working professional to solve these problems. It would be highly appreciated if you could manage to look into this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action.
