Dear Mr. Smith,
I am writing to inform you about the discontinuation of the services that I enrolled in a couple of months ago.
I have been attending your sessions only on weekdays, Monday and Friday. Initially, I was in yoga training classes which run on weekends because of time constraint I was unable to join them. Now, however, I am an active participant in the swimming classes.
I really enjoy them, unfortunately I will not be able to continue these sessions as I am moving out to another city next month. After getting promotion recently in my company, they offered me a new position which requires me to relocate.
I am really grateful to have you as my trainer, and I recently know that you have awarded a stellar excellence award by Gym committee. One of the things I appreciate is your commitment to the work you offer all of us. I have asked my friends to subscribe to the youtube channel where you provided exclusive 30-day-fitness videos with holistic course material for free.
I hope you will consider my request and cancel my membership.
Yours sincerely,
Apoorva Chikara
