Express your appreciation
And offer him/ her to visit your home with this family.
Dear Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my sincere appreciation for your kind gesture. I am Anand, whom you took great care of when I was bedridden after an accident. Please allow me to explain.
Things were as usual when I started for office last Sunday. However, odds were stacked against me on that day as I crashed head-on with a car that was driving on the wrong side of the road. I was informed later that, as a head-nurse, you took extraordinary care of me when I was lying unconscious in the hospital. Although It may sound like your responsibility, taking care of someone who is not known with such a kind heart is stupendous. In spite of the injuries and profuse blood loss, I was able to recover so quickly because of your motherly care.
I want to appreciate and thank you for your sincere effort. As I am still recovering, please consider this as my personal invite and visit my home with your family.
Hoping for a favourable response from you and eagerly waiting for you!
Yours sincerely,
Anand.
