problems with farming tuna fish

Recently, there has been a ton of problems as to farm tuna fish. More specifically, with regard to the passage, the writer puts forth the idea that overfishing decreased the number of wild tuna fish. In the listening passage, the lecturer is quick to point out that there are some serious flaws in the writer's claim. In fact, the professor believes there are several promising solutions for farming this kind of fish and addresses, in detail, the trouble with each point made in the reading test.

First and foremost, the author in the article states that farms are forced to capture tuna females at a young age to stock their farms. But, captured females are not so mature to lay eggs. Some professionals, in the same field, however, stand in firm opposition to this claim. In the listening passage for example, the speaker states with development in scientific method there are different Hormones for mature young females to lay eggs. He goes on to say that these kinds of Hormones are with low health risks and could help tuna fish population.

One group of scholars, represented by the writer think that tuna rising on farms are very expensive because they need enough high protein food from other fish. Of course, though, not all experts in this field believe this claim is accurate. Again, the lecturer specifically, addresses this claim when he states wild tuna fish can feed on plants that is inexpensive food for them and in this way for feeding fish the cost kept low.

Finally, the author wraps his argument by positing that tuna confined to ocean cages likely become infested with parasites like blood flukes. Not surprisingly, the professor takes issue with this claim by contending that some of the ocean that has deep and freshwater or near the shore the farming can continue without any parasites.

To sum up, both the writer and lecturer hold conflicting views about farming wild tuna fish. It is clear that they will have trouble finding common ground on this issue.
