Following table illustrates detailed data in bakery’s average sales features in three distinct branches (London Covent Garden, London Oxford Circus and, London St John’s wood) in 2015. Each branches data has showing average number of transactions, transaction value, number of eat-in transactions, number of take away transactions and, most popular item.
Overall, leading their numbers in each five average value has shown in Branch-London Covent Garden which highlighted clear in table. Moreover, other branches, they have dissimilar value in different feature with three distinct most popular item, namely, croissant, medium latte and, strawberry tart.
Furthermore, that transaction value of London St John’s wood is slightly higher that London Oxford Circus, is showing no relation to other sales feature including number of eat-in, take-out and total and, total number of transactions. Additionally, it was medium latte, the popular item in London Oxford Circus.
Next, data observation giving the idea that, people tend to prefer eating in restraint rather than taking away, which observed in every branch data.
