Overall, as shown in the pie chart, donated food was the main source of revenue, whereas most expenditures were made on program services.
To begin with, the main income source of children’s charity was donated food, which cover three third of income. It was recorded 86.6% and program services was the highest expenditure source, with 95.8%.
Similarly, regards to the revenue sources, the contributions of other sources were in tiny portion. community contribution was second highest revenue source and it was recorded only 10.4%, while it was followed by program revenue with 2.2%. Moreover, investment income and government grants are identical at 0.2% and other income source cover 0.4%. However, beside program services there are only two major expenditures sources of children's charity, fund raising and management and general. They are recorded 2.6% and 1.6% respectively. However, total revenue exceeds the total expenditure and children’s charity is capable to save some for the organization.
