Both graphs start with almost similar ratio with around 10 million in 1979, but visitors who visit abroad from the UK rose significantly and end with over 50 million. However, people who visit the UK rose gradually and finished with just under 30 million.
Turning to the bar chart, in 1999 the most famous touristic place for UK citizens was France, where over 10 million UK visitors reached there and this was followed by Spain with approximately 10 million. Moreover, the USA, Greek, and Turkey were far less and accounted for under 5 million. However, turkey was the least popular country for UK residents.
