The chart illustrates how to produce bricks which are used in the building industry.
In general, there are seven main stages in this process of brick manufacturing, begging with digging clay and ending with delivering to sellers.
As can be seen, the first step of producing process is digging clay with a large digger. After that, this clay is filtered by the mental grid and processed in the roller machine, and then combined with sand and water. In the third stage, the mixture is infused in a rectangle mound or cut in the wire cutter to make the raw shape of a brick.
In the next stages, raw shape bricks are dried from 24 to 48 hours in the drying oven, After that, dried raw bricks are kept in the kiln, both moderate and high temperature, up to 1300 degree,s and then transferred to cooling champer for 48 to 72 hours. After being cooled, bricks are packed. The delivery process is the final stage of bricks manufacturing. In conclusion, in order to make usable bricks requires a moderately complex process.
