Hello everyone. My name’s Thanh. I’m 10 years old. I’m in class 4 Dong son number 1 primary school. Today I’m going to tell you about staying healthy.
Health is the most important thing in a human’s life. When we have health, we can do other things in our life.
Do you know how to stay healthy? Think about the exercise that you can do and the food that you eat. Exercise and the right food help you to live longer.
First, we will learn about organs inside our bodies. We have the stomach and the intestines. They break down food so we can use the food. The liver and kidneys take away the things that our body doesn’t need. Your bones are very strong. The bones protect important parts like the brain and the heart. The skin protects our body, and they keep our body at the right temperature. Your lungs help you to breathe. Your muscles help you to move. Did you know we use 200 different muscles to move? Your brain moves the blood and your brain makes different of your body work well.
Now, let talk about how to stay healthy. There are four things you need to do to stay healthy. They are food, exercise, wash, rest and sleep.
First is food. We need to eat healthy food like fruits and vegetables and food that has vitamins, fiber, proteins, calcium, and Carbohydrates. Water is also good for you. They keep you to stay healthy. You shouldn’t eat junk food like soda, …
Next is exercise. You can do exercise like swimming, … When you do exercise, you breathe faster and the muscles can get the oxygen they need. When you work hard your muscles can’t get all the oxygen they need. So you can only run for a short time, this makes your muscles bigger.
Now, let go to wash, there are microbes on your hands. Some of them aren’t dangerous, but some can make you sick. So you need to wash your hand before you touch food after you go to the toilet, …
Finally, we have rest and sleep. You need to rest after you work hard. You need to rest because our body needs time to repair our muscles and to make them bigger. You need to sleep too because you grow the most when you sleep, so it’s important to sleep well.
Now let go to how to stay safe from coronavirus. You should talk to people that you don’t know, they may have coronavirus. You must were a mask when you’re outside. You must have personal hygiene so you don’t get dirty. So that is the end of my presentation. I hope you learn some things from my presentation.
