The diagram delineates the procedure for manufacturing the bricks by using clay in the building industry.
The initial step is to dig the clay using a digger and then it is transferred to roller via a metal grid. However, this material is mixed with sand and paper before the next step. The bricks are obtained by using two things — wire cutter and mold. Although the bricks are prepared using different methods, both types of bricks obtained via these different methods require drying for 24 to 48 hours.
Moreover, these bricks are heated from moderate(200 to 980 degrees Celsius) level to high(870 to 1300 degrees Celsius) level in a kiln. While the heating process is done, the further process involves cooling for 48 to 72 hours in a cooling chamber. Finally, these processed bricks are passed on for packaging, and then they are delivered to customers.
Overall, clay material which is a type of sticky earth is used for manufacturing bricks and it requires seven steps process for the same.
