Overall, it is seen clearly from the bar graph that films from the USA were the most favourite on the list. Moreover, the UK had the highest number of cinema admissions in the given period.
As per the first graph, nearly 75% and 68% of films have been screened in the UK and Australia was American ones respectively, which were the biggest percentage for both countries. Furthermore, there were 20% and 10% of movies from the UK and Australia screened in the Uk, which was 15% and 9% more than in Australia respectively, whereas other films accounted for 19% in Australia and around 5% in the united kingdom in 2001.
To comment with, the proportion of cinema admission for the Uk was closely 100 million in 1975, which was 70% higher than Australia. In 1995, the trend of the UK after reaching a peak of 125 million in 1977 was hugely decreased by nearly 70 million per year, while the rate for Australia remained relatively constant between 20 to 40 million over 5 years. After 1985, both countries showed increments in their trends, whereas the UK rose to over 140 million cinema admissions per year as well as Australia inclined to over 80 million in 2005.
