Overall, the process contains six main stages, beginning with the preparation of limestone and clay. The final step shows how concrete is manufactured with the resulting cement.
In the first stage of the process, limestone and clay are put on a machine called a crusher and become power. Then, it is placed into the mixer and heated through a rotating heater while being gyrated. Following that, this mixture is put onto a grinder to become well-shaped cement, packaged in bags prepared in advance.
In the next stage of the process, to make concrete, the first step is the preparation of detailed material including 15% of resulting cement, 10% of water, 25% of sand, and a half of small stones called gravel. After that, it is put onto a concrete mixer and becomes concrete.
