Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
The presented line graphs illustrate the admissions of international as well as native students for studies into Australian universities over a decade.
Over the 10 years, it is recorded that there was a mere increase in admissions of local students, which resulted in attracting international students and showed a staggering rise in numbers.
In particular, the number of international admission of candidates rose astonishingly over the 10 years. In 2001, enrolling of 20000 students took place, which evidently multiplied by four times at end of the period. Thus, the number of admissions whooping is just over 80000 at the end of the particular decade. As similar to this, the enrollment of Australia's native students also showed an upsurge of around 2 lakhs, by the year 2007. But this somehow stabilized after 2007 till the decade ended.
Furthermore, the overseas students who just commenced their studies at the universities showed a gradual increase in number from below 15000 in 2001 to 40000 in 2009. But, in the last year, this increasing rate got slower, resulting in just above 40 thousand. On the other hand, native students who just began their studies showed a very little increment over the decade. With lots of ups and downs in its numbers, resulting admissions increased only from 1.8 lakhs (2001) to 2.1 lakhs (2010) at the end.
