Essay topics:

The graph shows data about the average Saturday sales of two bakeries in london in 2010. Summerize the information by selecting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

The graph illustrates the mean number of items sold by the two bakeries- namely Lovely Loves and Bernie's Buns- in London, on Saturdays in the year 2010.
Overall, Doughnuts and toasted sandwiches represent the maximum and minimum sales respectively for both the bakeries in that year.
Bernie's buns sold more than 100 cakes, whereas Lovely Loave had not even close to 80 cakes in the year 2010. Similarly, the average number of cookies sold by Bernie's buns is as twice as that of the Lovely loaves with the number almost 120 and around 60 respectively. While Bernie's Buns sold about 78 rolls, Lovely Loaves had sales of only around 50. Similarly, The earlier bakery had over 60% of the total sales of Crisps, whilst the latter had below 40%. Hitting the sales of almost 140 and 120 for Bernies and Lovely Loaves respectively, Doughnut had maximum demand and supply in London for both the bakeries.
Fresh Loaves and Salads are the only two categories out of eight in which Lovely Loaves bakery outraced Bernie's Buns in terms of the number of items sold by around 50 for former and 40 for later. However, toasted sandwiches are the only items in which both the bakery had almost the same number of sales i.e. around 23.
