similar products can be found everywhere
It is said that countries are becoming more similar nowadays because the same products can be found anywhere in the world. Take as an example clothes from zara, food from mcdonalds, or drinks from starbucks. These brands can be found anywhere in the world. I believe this is a positive development. In the following paragraphs, I will prove that having the same products all over the world is both convenient and safer.
Finding almost the same products all over the world can be significantly convenient. For instance, people who live abroad may find it hard to eat or dress as the natives there. This can hinder their life there and make it much harder and inconvenient. However, some would prefer to try new products as a way to know more about new cultures, many others can not change their lifestyles especially if they are living abroad, not just tourists. Being able to buy the same products they are used to can help them avoid feeling alienated. This is one major reason why having the same products in all countries can enhance people's lives.
Second point is that having the same food and clothes all over the world is safer for the poor people. To illustrate, if each country can have their own products, the quality of these products will surely depend on the country’s resources. Hence, the poorest countries will eventually have the lowest quality for all their products which means a worse lifestyle with unhealthy food and poor quality of products. Having the same types of goods all over the world can enhance ans positively develop these poor countries, not to mention the great economic influence from having major brands in your country. This is another great positive influence showing why I would support such a topic.
Finally, The modern world aims at a safer, more convenient and healthier world with less envy among the nations. The equality that can be achieved through having the same goods all over the world is a key motive for a better lifestyle and more tolerant nations. I recommend that all governments should give a space for universal brands in their countries,
