You have recently faced a problem at the airport. An employee of the airport helped you with this matter. Write a letter to the airport manager and say What the problem was? How the person helped you? Suggest the manager to praise this employee in some way
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to thank one of your employees, Herman Singh, who helped me a lot with a problem we faced at the airport.
Last Monday, my family and I returned from our vacation. As we were going to collect the baggage, my son fell down from the escalator. He got minor injuries and we all become upset. After some time I realized that one of our bags was missing, and all documents were in that bag.
Therefore, we were unable to move forward without collecting the bag. Then one of the members present over there noticed us and came forward. We explained the situation to him. Firstly, he arranged some medicines for my son and inquire about the lost item. Fortunately, with the help of him, we got our luggage as it was deposited by someone to the lost and deposit counter.
It would be very kind of you if you convey our thanks to him. Having gone through your company policy, I came to know that you award the best agents each month. It is my humble request that nominates his name as the best worker for this month to appreciate him for his noble deed.
Once again thank you and your employees for helping us.
Yours faithfully,
Jaspreet Singh
