Some people only want to do things that they can do well whereas other want to explore new things that they are not used to even when it mens taking chances. What is your preference when working?
Each person has different work methods in their fields, some people prefer to do things that they can do well while others would like to detect new chances whenever they have. In my opinion, I have a preference in that I would like to discover strange things when working.
Initially, exploring new things makes me gain many knowledge and abundant experience. when I have a chance that I have not done ever, I will take this opportunity as soon as because each chance helps me discover my competence and knowledge in different fields. I am enhanced multiple skills and experiences through these opportunities. The experiences that I have accumulated can improve more and more. besides, I can absorb new skills that I do not know before. Each chance that I assist me to fulfill my qualifications and ability. Therefore, I can willing to devote and dare myself in many fields, I will know my strengths and also weaknesses to select an appropriate job position for me.
Furthermore, companies these days always require their employees to have a large number of skills and can work in many different positions. so, we should develop and expand our competence as we can. We will become a person who they would like to look up for their firm because we have essential skills and even soft skills to assume assignments. We are all-around and accomplished people since we comprehend variable fields and have multiple experiences. Obviously, if we learn many new things, we can absorb a large amount of knowledge and how to apply them when working.
In conclusion, for the mentioned reasons, I prefer to detect new things whenever I have a chance because of bringing several benefits for my work. Also, I believe that learning many things is a great choice for us to discover ourselves.
