The graph below shows the number of tourists visiting a particular Caribbean island between 2010 and 2017.

The line graph shows how many tourists visited a specific Caribbean island from 2010 to 2017.
In general, the number of tourists who opted to stay on cruise ships and the island experienced upward trends. Plus, tourists who came to a Caribbean island in total increased considerably throughout the period.
In 2010, the number of visitors that stayed on the island stayed well beyond about 0,75 million people and was twice as many as cruise ships-stayed visitors with nearly 0,25 million people. From 2010 to 2013, there was a fluctuation of around 0.5 million in the number of visitors who stayed on the island; then its figure rose dramatically to 2017 by 1,5 million people. Meanwhile, the number of tourists deciding to stay on ships saw a remarkable growth to 1,5 million people in 2013 before remaining unchanged until 2015. After that, once witnessing a sudden small drop of 0,5 million in 2016, it recovered again in 2017 at 1.5 million. As a result, the Caribbean island welcomed an increasing number of visitors from 1 million people at first and reached around 3,5 million in 2017.
