Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.
The diagram illustrates the process of recycling rainwater for household use
Overall, it is a multiphase procedure that consists of three main stages: collecting, treatment and finally being used or disposed
The procedure commences with rain falling from clouds to either a dam or a house’s rooftop. Also, right next to a house, there is a cylindrical tank that is used to store the rainwater falling from the rooftop. Afterward, water from the dam flows to the water treatment plant, while the other one in the tank is piped to the wastewater treatment plant.
After undergoing a stage of purification, dam water is treated to become drinkable and wastewater from the domestic tank is turned into recycled one. All of them are collectively sent back to the initial house. On the other hand, when being cleaned, excess treated water is produced, which is eventually discharged to the environment along with the stormwater after being treated
