Regarding the figure for making calls, although possessing the highest position, this value decreased by 1% from 100% in the first year to 99% in the last year. The second and the third most popular feature belonged to the category of “send and receive text messages” and “take photos”, peaking at 79% and 76% after a 4-year-period respectively. Noticeably, despite being not available until 2008, the rate of users searching the Internet and recording video witnessed a significant change. To be exact, the percentage of people using the Internet for searching increase dramatically by 32% to 73% while that of record video rose by 26% to a peak of 35% in 2010. Following an upward trend, the figure for playing games and playing music increased significantly, in which the proportion doubled to 41% for the former and 26% for the latter respectively in the end.
