This diagram illustrates the leather products making process and there are five precise stages in this process beginning with the initial collection of animals skins and ending with the eventual production of leather products which are vey very popular and important to humans.
At the first stage the skins of the animals will be collected by hunters and dried very cleanly, Then, it will be transferred to a factory where the second phase will begin and it contains two compact operations the first is called washing the animal skin from any dust and mud, Then, soaking the whole skin it in the lime water to remove any bloody smell and make it serialized from any bacterial and remove salt. Then, at the third phase the flattening process will be applied to make the animal skin even and doesn’t contain any air in it and become smooth and not rough.
After that, for a distinct color and appearance of anime skin, another soaking process will be used, but this time a vegetable matter like bark, leaves of tree and plants will be mixed in the water instead of lime and this operation very essential and it is called tanning. Finally, the polishing phase will start, and the animal skin will be polished precisely and neatly to become ready to be delivered to the factory where many designs will be created, colored, and modeled for human use, for instance, belts, wallets, shoes, furniture and clothing are all leather products and their price vary between cheap or expensive and leather products are unique and popular.
